Terms & Conditions on the 1win Armenia

Betting – a contract between a customer and a bookmaker regarding winnings by established rules. Bets made by the client are accepted by 1win’s Terms and Conditions.

All bets are calculated based on the information provided by the data processing center.

Rules of the bookmaker’s company 1win

In case of suspicion of fraud, the company reserves the right to block bets on sporting events until the final results of international organizations are available and to cancel odds if the fact of a non-sporting match is established.

If it is proven that a betting participant had information about the outcome of an event during betting, the company reserves the right to close the gaming account and cancel all bets made on this account.

Basic betting rules:

  • The bookmaker reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or odds on a particular event for a particular customer without notice or explanation of the reasons;
  •  Acceptance of bets may also be restricted if, at the bookmaker’s discretion, a single player bets repeatedly on one or more outcomes;
  •  A bet is deemed accepted once it has been registered on the server and confirmed online. Registered odds cannot be canceled or changed.

1win bet types: 

  • Single bet – a stake on the outcome of a particular event. The win or loss in a single bet is the stake multiplied by the odds;
  • Express – bets on the outcome of several independent events. The win or loss at an express rate is the bet multiplied by the odds of all outcomes included in the express bet. If you lose on one of the Express outcomes, you also lose on the entire Express;
  • A System – a bet placed on a combination of several Express outcomes. System winnings are determined by the amount of winnings selected.

Combating violations

Using the website by persons under the age of 18 or the legal age of participation in gambling in certain jurisdictions is prohibited. Bets will not be accepted from participants in the event for which odds are offered (athletes, coaches, referees, club owners, officials, and other persons who may influence the outcome of the event) or from any person representing the interests of the bookmaker.

The responsibility for any breach lies with the odds participant. If an odds participant violates these Terms and Conditions, the bookmaker is authorized to refuse to pay out winnings, refund the deposited amount, or cancel the bet.

If an odds participant commits fraud against the bookmaker, the Company reserves the right to suspend the odds participant’s gaming account.

Account identification and legalization

The Armenian gambler should know some points of the verification process:

  • The name and date of birth in the profile must match the real name. It must also match the name on the credit card used for deposits and withdrawals;
  • You may be asked to provide identification documents to verify the legitimacy of the materials. If for any reason you do not ensure the requested documents for identity verification, 1win reserves the right to suspend or block your account.
